Absolutely! We offer custom design options so you can create a sleeve that reflects your personal style. You can upload your own design or work with us to customize a look that’s uniquely yours.
A deposit may be required for:
- Orders over 1500 EG
- All customized or personalized designs
The deposit amount will be communicated during order confirmation. Production starts only after the deposit is received.
Orders typically take 5–6 business days to be produced and delivered.
Since all items are made to order, production begins after your order is confirmed (and deposit is received, if required).
- All orders can be cancelled or returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Cancellations or order return are to be requested through our website.
- All cancellations or returns within 14 days of purchase will be free of charge.
- Delivery fees apply on cancelled or returned orders.
- Values for returned or cancelled orders will be done through the same way of purchase.
- The refund will be processed in seven days from receiving the cancellation or request original refunded product. Noting that it varies according to issuer policy when will that amount be reflected in the card holder balance.
- Delivery dates will be determined based on delivery mode chosen upon placing your order. Please note that those dates are estimated dates that can vary according to shipping companies’ backlog.
