Thank you for choosing our custom laptop sleeves. Every sleeve is printed on demand and made specifically for you. Because of this personalized production process, we ask that you carefully review our order policy below before placing an order.

Order Policy

1. Order Review & Confirmation

Submitting an order through our website does not automatically mean it is confirmed. After checkout, our team may reach out to review your order details and ensure everything is accurate. An order is considered officially confirmed only after all required conditions are met, including deposit approval if applicable.

2. Deposit Policy

A deposit will be required in the following cases:

• 
  Orders with a total value exceeding 1500 EGP
  
• 
  All custom or personalized laptop sleeve designs, regardless of order value
  

The exact deposit amount will be shared with you during order confirmation.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where a manufacturing defect or production error is confirmed on our side.

3. Production & Delivery Timeline

Production and delivery timelines begin only after the required deposit has been received. Any estimated timelines shared before deposit payment are approximate and should not be considered final or guaranteed.

4. Order Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order before paying a required deposit, the order request will simply be disregarded.

Once a deposit has been paid, the order enters production and cannot be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded unless a verified defect or production issue occurs.

Thank you for choosing our laptop sleeves. Each sleeve is produced on demand and printed specifically for your order. Because of this made-to-order process, we encourage you to carefully review the details below before completing your purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Items

All laptop sleeves are printed individually per order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  Change of mind after purchase
  
• 
  Ordering an incorrect size, design, or product
  
• 
  Personal preference or buyer’s regret
  

Please make sure to review all product information, sizing guides, and design previews before placing your order.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your laptop sleeve arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or is not the item you ordered, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

To request a replacement:

  Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  Share your order number and a brief explanation of the issue
  
•

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped. If a replacement cannot be fulfilled, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

3. Missing or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. We will assist with tracking the shipment and take appropriate action if the carrier confirms the package is lost.

All claims for missing orders must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

4. Design & Color Variations

Please note that slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings and printing processes. These minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects or grounds for a return.

5. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information at checkout.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

6. Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
